If you can swing it, you can get as much as half off the price. This means you can stay for almost nothing at a lesser hotel, or stay at the fanciest spot for really cheap. I generally call and ask to speak to a manager to see what they can do for me. Sometimes they can even offer me a gaming package that isn’t online. They really need to fill their hotel during the week and they will try pretty hard to do that.
