This morning I had to change our flight reservations for an upcoming trip that my husband and I have been planning for a belated anniversary get away. We didn’t realize it at the time, but when we made the flight reservations it’s on the same date that my husband has a dental appointment so I’ve had to change the reservation to the following day. I actually called the doctors office first, thinking that I’d just reschedule his appointment, but she said it was going to be six months before he could get in for the cleaning, and I knew he didn’t want to wait that long, so I figured it would be easier to change the flight reservations to later that day, or in our case the following morning.

I’m actually looking forward to our trip, even though it’s still a few weeks away. We celebrated our anniversary in February and promised ourselves that we’d get away for a while, but we’ve been so busy that we haven’t had the chance.  We finally decided that we going to put everything else on hold, and make the flight reservations to our destination.  We’re both looking forward to it so much.
